Air Berlin has started sale of winter 2008/2009 flights to the US. Their lowest one-way all inclusive fare from Dusseldorf to New York is € 149, to Miami € 199 and to Fort Myers € 229.
The weight limit for checked baggage on Air Berlin is 20 kg. On some flights and travel classes more baggage may be allowed. There is a per kg fee for excess luggage.
You may bring one on board item with a weight of not more than 6 kg.
Air Berlin allow rebooking of tickets for a fee and provided that you pay any difference between the cost of your existing ticket and the cost of the new ticket.
